'Fair Use'
If you purchase art from me you have free use of it. You can repost it, use it as icons, print it out, give it a cute nickname, whatever you'd like. The only exception to this is thievery. You may not claim that my art is your own, you may not remove my watermark, and you may not use my art commercially (to be sold, or branded) unless you purchase rights. Rights to commercial use of your art can be bought for $75-$250 depending on the work.
Turn Around Time
Please allow 1 month for me to finish your art. My turn around time is typically 2-6 weeks. I will do my best to be in constant communication the whole time. You will be provided with a w.i.p of your piece for approval at the sketch stage.
There is no guaranteed time turn around time for larger pieces such as reference sheets, comic pages, or painted pieces.
Additional Costs
Additional costs may occur if you ask for substantial changes to your pieces after the initial sketch has been approved. Before the sketch is approved, you have refund rights and rights to whatever changes you need. However, once the sketch is approved and the line and color process begins, larger or many chances will create additional costs. This is not applicable to design commissions unless the design has to be redrawn or reworked an excess amount of times. I hold the right to do anything I want with designs I have made for you that you do not end up using.
Refunds
I offer full refunds of art if the piece has not been started. If the piece has been started, I will offer a %75 refund. Once I have sent the finished sketch for approval, I will offer a %25 refund and retain rights to use the pose for a ych.
If you ask for a time-related refund for art before three weeks has passed, and you did not give me any inclination that the commission was time sensitive, it will warrant a partial refund. All you need to do is let me know if the work is time sensitive, and I can work accordingly to get it to you as quickly as possible.
I retain that constant communication is imperative for a good relationship between commissioner and artist. Therefore, if you purchase art from me and do not receive any updates or communication within 2 months, I will offer a full refund. If I have kept up constant communication about the progress of your piece, but you are still interested in a refund, I will give a partial refund depending on the length of time waited and how much of the work is done. If you are waiting on a commission for longer than anticipated because of outside circumstances on my part, I ask you please be patient. I will always communicate this with you.
